Teambuilding: Discovering the Past and Ecological Delights
Yesterday was a day of historical and culinary discoveries for the employees of our company. On a teambuilding trip, we first explored the rich collection of vintage vehicles at Joško Obrovnik's museum in Fram, where our eyes feasted on cars, buses, and other vehicles that once traversed the paths of our ancestors. Later in the day, we enriched our experience with organic homemade delicacies at the Tourist and Eco Farm Pri Baron, nestled in the embrace of Fram's Pohorje.
A Museum Bringing History to Life
Joško Obrovnik, a passionate collector and restorer, introduced visitors to his life's work, along with his wife. In the museum, which he lovingly built over the years, each vehicle has its own story, filled with historical anecdotes. From antique cars to tractors, from mopeds to typewriters and jukeboxes, each item is carefully selected and restored. Visitors were thrilled with the collection and the dedication with which the Obrovniks preserve the memories of bygone eras.
The Taste of Pohorje on the Plate
After our journey through time, we indulged in the hospitality of Baron's homestead. This eco farm, boasting a tradition of more than 200 years, provided us with an excellent culinary experience that offered an authentic connection to Pohorje.
The entire day was a perfect example of how history and nature can intertwine into a unique experience. We extend our gratitude to Joško Obrovnik and his family, as well as the team at Farm Pri Baron, for their hospitality and passion for preserving tradition. This trip strengthened our bonds as a team and inspired us for future challenges.
