Celebrating the strength and uniqueness of women at Silco
On International Women’s Day, we expressed our appreciation for the women who contribute their knowledge, energy, and dedication to our shared success.

At SILCO, women play an important role in shaping our success. Today, 40% of our team are women, which is a significant achievement in the traditionally male-dominated automotive industry – especially as their share has increased by 15% in recent years.
Thoughts on International Women’s Day are also shared by Tea Kozar, Director of Operations at SILCO:
“At Silco, we employ at least one exceptional woman in almost every area of our work – from research and development, the chemical laboratory, production, warehouse, sales, logistics and finance, all the way to management. We are sincerely proud of our colleagues and encourage them to nurture the woman within themselves and continue shaping our story with their energy.”
To mark International Women’s Day, the company invited all female employees to a pleasant lunch in the beautiful setting of the Castle "Grad ob Sotočju" in Nazarje, where we celebrated their valuable contribution to our company.
Each of them also received a rose, reminding them of their unique beauty and value.
We are truly proud of our ladies.
