"BEAUTIFUL MOTHER" Lecture for Mothers on Mother's Day

The value of including women and mothers in today's economy, as well as in the specific automotive industry, is invaluable. They possess a natural sense of organization, care, and excel in anticipating events.

At SILCO, we currently employ 25% women or 18% mothers. We want our employed mothers to always find strength, feminine energy, and self-awareness. It's not always easy, but we believe they can move the world. We wholeheartedly support them in their precious role as mothers. We fully accept that their primary natural role is that of a mother. We understand their burdens and concerns that they bring from home, and at the same time, we are proud of how courageous and determined they are when it comes to business. We are sincerely grateful to them.

As part of our unique SILCO Academy for personal and business growth, we dedicated a lecture to mothers at SILCO on this Mother's Day, which will support them in further self-discovery, developing self-love, with good advice for better work and time organization, as well as better relationships, communication, perseverance, self-discipline, courage, and inner strength. With such and similar contributions to personal growth, we will continue throughout the year.

We thank the lecturer, Mag. Saša Suhadolnik, the founder and owner of LEPA MAMA - coaching for mothers, who inspired us today.

She also handed us the book "LEPA MAMA MANUAL." The book combines exercises, tips, and advice for mothers.

From today onwards, our colleagues (and associates) have the opportunity to borrow this manual from the SILCO library. Continuous learning at SILCO inspires us in all areas, both personally and professionally.

We wish all the mothers of the world well - thank you for making the world a better place.
