Director of Operations
Everything starts with engaged, courageous and inspired people. We recognize the energy and passion of those who genuinely want to make a difference. At the beginning of every employment journey, we create a structured onboarding plan and provide mentorship. Through group and individual workshops, we strengthen soft skills, develop leadership competencies and acquire new professional knowledge. Throughout the process, we always have the support of our leadership team.
Together, we celebrate both small and major victories, births, birthdays and sporting achievements. We support participation in running marathons, hiking events and various team-building activities. Every day, we provide our employees with coffee, fresh fruit, beverages and lunch in our shared dining area. As part of our workplace health promotion program, we organize educational sessions, well-being activities and provide quick access to medical specialists. We also regularly conduct workplace safety training – because safety always comes first (Safety First).
