Silco Teambuilding 2025
At Green Valley Glamping Zupanc, on September 4, 2025, we experienced a day of collaboration, fun, and team spirit. More than 40 of our colleagues came together through sports, games, and socializing, proving once again that the power of the team is always greater than the power of the individual.
We started the teambuilding with outdoor sports activities, followed by games where three groups competed in skills, speed, and knowledge. The games strengthened communication, collaboration, trust, and creativity – values that we live every day at work.
In a relaxed atmosphere, with barbecue and sports games, we proved that success is the result of strong bonds among colleagues.
